Hr Business Support Administrator

Details of the offer

My client, responsible for support services and based in Dublin City Centre, is seeking a strong administrator for their HR team to support a complex project. This role is for immediate start, will have a contract until the end of December with a review for extension, and will involve hybrid working.
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Providing excellent levels of communication across the businessCompleting reportsProviding excellent attention to detail while reviewing complex spreadsheetsDealing with high volumes of documents, data, and emailsProviding support and possibly working any additional hours needed at key milestones of the projectOther ad hoc general administrationThe successful candidate will be required to have:
At least 3 years' experience within a busy administration positionExcellent attention to detailAbility to work with large volumes of dataExcellent communication skillsKnowledge of SharePoint
