Lex Consultancy is thrilled to partner with a leading Financial Services provider to recruit a HR Coordinator for a permanent position based in Dublin 2.This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with three days on-site each week, along with a competitive salary and benefits package.Key Responsibilities of the HR Co-Ordinator: Respond to queries in the HR mailbox and assist colleagues with any HR System or general questionsSupport the annual performance review process, as well as mid- and end-of-probation reviewsManage end-to-end recruitment processes for the businessReview, track, and document compliance with mandatory and optional training, continuing education, and work assessmentsPerform routine tasks to administer and execute HR programs, including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, and training and developmentParticipate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigationsStay informed on trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment lawCollaborate with the HR team to prepare monthly payroll by gathering inputs from relevant stakeholders, ensuring employee details are accurate, preparing the payroll file for final approval, and running payroll reports.Liaise with pension, payroll, and health insurance providersMaintain employee records (e.g., attendance data) in compliance with policy and legal requirements.Manage the HRIS system.
Key skills of the HR Co-Ordinator: HR qualificationAt least 2 years' proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR positionKnowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, governance etc.
