Cpl Recruitment are looking for an experienced HR Generalist for a 1-month contract with a not-for-profit organization in West Dublin, offering hybrid working. This is an excellent opportunity to harness your HR skills. You must have 2-3 years of HR experience.
Responsibilities Required: Proactively coordinate and support the delivery of HR processes and programmes.Assist with the administration and implementation of HR company policies and procedures.Coordinate investigations under the terms of the Discipline and Grievance policies.Support the People & Culture team in assisting with HR initiatives/projects as required.Experience Required: 3 years of experience in a similar position.HR/CIPD qualification.Excellent communication skills.For further information please contact Maryclaire Booth - ******.
