Lex Consultancy is excited to partner with a well-established professional services firm to hire a HR Generalist on a 15 month fixed term contract based in Dublin 2. Key Responsibilities of the HR Generalist: Serve as the primary HR contact for our trainee solicitors, guiding them through the onboarding process and liaising with the Law Society regarding their traineeship requirements Manage all leave activities within the firm, including annual leave, family leave, and sickness-related absences Maintain and update employee data in internal HR system Collaborate with the HR team to implement and optimize new processes, acting as the process owner for key HR functions Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual HR data reports Play a key role in establishing a high-performance culture where employees feel safe, trusted, and empowered to reach their potential.
