About the RoleThe goal is to ensure the HR department's operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the employees and the division of Magna International Autolaunch Ireland Ltd and to Magna International as a whole.
Your ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the HR department by assisting in all aspects of office management.Administer payroll, compensation, and benefit plans as required.Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, employee contracts, onboarding, and full employee life cycle.Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation, and resolve issues and problems.Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace, including EAP and the EOS, Wages & Benefits surveys.Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics and business KPIs.Participate and assist in investigations.

Your preferred qualificationsBSc/BA in Human Resource Management (or equivalent 3rd Level Qualification in a related discipline).Associate CIPD (or working towards same).Proven experience as HR Generalist (minimum 2 - 3 years).Understanding of human resources policies and procedures.Good knowledge of employment/labour laws.Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and experience of HRM systems.At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
