Free Parking Key responsibilities: Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns. Foster positive employee relations by promoting open communication and resolving issues promptly. Performance Management: Assist in the management of performance management processes. Recruitment: Support hiring managers with the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing. Employee Engagement: Organise and participate in employee engagement activities to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases. Support on Reporting and Projects: Support Group HR projects and team with admin and reporting tasks. Requirements: This role is ideal for a HR professional who has at least 3 years' experience in HR in a hospitality or retail environment. Having experience in providing HR support to a large or multi-site teams would be an advantage. Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills. Experience in collating reports, analytics and presenting information with accuracy. Adaptable and flexible with a positive can-do attitude. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and conflicting priorities while maintaining confidential information.
