Lex Consultancy is excited to partner with a global asset management firm to hire a talented HR Generalist on a permanent contract based in Dublin 2.This position is based on a hybrid working structure 2/3 days onsite, offering competitive salary & benefits.
The ideal candidate will have a can do attitude positive attitude who enjoys working for a fast -paced environment.Key Responsibilities of the HR Generalist: Provide guidance to management on employee relations and performance managementEnhance, implement, and oversee human resources policies and proceduresManage end-to-end recruitment processes for the businessBuild and maintain relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of top candidatesDevelop and execute programs aimed at improving the employee experience within the organisationHandle employee complaints and manage disciplinary proceduresSupport salary negotiations and ensure compliance with employment lawsAssist in establishing effective compensation and benefits policies, succession planning, financial auditing, risk management, disclosure, and shareholder reportingCoordinate with pension, payroll, and health insurance providersOversee payroll operationsMaintain employee records (e.g., attendance data) in accordance with policy and legal requirements Key skills of the HR Generalist: HR qualification essential2 + years in a similar HR role, preferably within a professional services environmentStrong employment law knowledgeProficient in HR functions, including payroll and benefits, training and development, governance and payrollEmployment Relations experience beneficial
