Hr Generalist (Urgent Start)

We are currently recruiting for the role of HR Generalist (Urgent Start) on behalf of an entertainment organization.
HR Generalist (Urgent Start) Hybrid role - Dublin South, travel throughout Ireland required, with some minimal UK travel also.
Standalone in Ireland role.

Responsibilities: Manage employee life cycle of retail and corporate employees.Manage Employment Relations cases and act within an advisory capacity to management.Update policies and procedures, in accordance with Irish legislation.Conduct on-site onboarding, training, and development.Manage HR administration.Manage payroll administration.Liaise with UK team and management.Support on projects and initiatives.Requirements: 3+ years within a similar role, preferably in a standalone capacity while reporting into the UK.Valid and clean driving license is required, as well as own mode of transportation.Keen understanding of employee relations, HR administration, Irish legislation, and stakeholder management.Strong communication and organization skills needed.About the job: Contract Type: FULL_TIME
