My client, a fast growing financial services firm (50+ people) are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The role can be worked on a full time of part time basis.
The role will report to the MD and control the HR function in this stand alone role.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture and address employee concerns.
Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between staff and management.
Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems to ensure employee development.
Collaborate with managers to set performance goals and conduct evaluations.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills.
Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations specific to the financial services sector.
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with regulations.
Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
