HR Manager Vickerstock is delighted to be partnering with a highly innovative manufacturing company, part of a global group based in County Meath to recruit a Stand-Alone HR Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play an integral role within The Senior Management Team in adapting the organisation's HR strategy in accordance with the company's recent organisational changes.
In addition, you will partner with business leaders to provide specialist HR guidance on employee relations, recruitment, policies and procedures.
What will you receive as HR Manager?As the HR Manager you will avail of the following pay and benefits package;Up to 55,000-60,000 Euros dependent upon experienceHybrid working (2 days at home after probation)Bonus Scheme Early finish on a Friday Pension Contributions (5%)21 days holidays plus bank holidays Death in serviceWhat will you do as HR Manager?As the HR Manager you will play an integral role in The Senior Management team in ensuring that the HR Strategy, policies and procedures align with the company vision.
Duties will include;Advise and provide specialist HR guidance to The Senior Management team and departmental managers on all aspects of HR including employee relations, recruitment and HR policies.Manage all employee relations issues such as disciplinaries, grievances and performance managementLead the full 360 recruitment process in all recruitment activities Devise and revise HR policies and procedures in accordance with legislation changes Revise the company's compensation and benefits package in accordance with industry trends and legislationSupport the Health and Safety Manager on the administration of health and safety requirements What do you require as HR Manager?Previous experience as a HR Manager within a Engineering/Manufacturing environment Skilled in running Payroll, revising HR policies and procedures Proficient in leading employee relations cases, recruitment processes and completing inductions Obtained CIPD Qualification or HR Degree How to apply to this HR Manager?If this HR Manager position would be of interest to you, contact Caitlin Scollan on 01 526 7473 or send across an updated CV
