Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Concern Worldwide HQ Dublin, Ireland.
This role will be based in the Dublin office with a salary from Grade 4 (€34,432 - €39,351). This is a 12-month full-time Fixed Term Contract.

The job: Working as part of a shared services team, the HR Officer is responsible for providing support to Concern's HQ and International staff on all employee life cycle activities. The HR Officer will be responsible for the onboarding of all international and HQ staff as well as payroll administration, maintenance of employee records, time and attendance processes, and the leaver process.

Responsible for all stages of the onboarding (including pre-departure) process. Responsible for the administration of HQ and International payroll. Responsible for contract renewals and paperwork for acting-up arrangements. Responsible for ensuring all employee records are kept up to date and compliant with GDPR. Responsible for the administration of the probation process for all new joiners. Responsible for the administration of employee benefits. Responsible for the management of the flexi time system. Responsible for ensuring all queries received through the HR Helpdesk are responded to appropriately. Responsible for tracking and reporting on queries received through the HR Helpdesk. Responsible for meeting all HR reporting requirements. Support the HR Shared Services Team Lead during the HRIS project. Accept and pursue any new objectives or responsibilities assigned by HR Management. Ensure that the organization's values and policy commitments are reflected in assigned responsibilities. Skills you will bring: Essential: University degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant discipline. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong MS Office skills. Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR data. A strong team player. Proven ability to deliver on results and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on own initiative. Desirable: CIPD membership. Previous experience working in the INGO sector. Fluency in French.
