Responsibilities Providing a consultancy service to candidates seeking employment within HR positions across multiple industries Using innovative and traditional recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Head Hunting, Networking and our own global internal database to source the best talent in the market.
Engaging with job seekers and learning about their career experience.
Proactively speak with potential candidates about roles that may be of interest and suited.
Acting as thefirst point of contact for the business, you will conduct interviews face to face or video.
Business development (cold calling, events, networking and client meetings) Continuously develop your knowledge of HR and attend external events, representing Sigmar Achieving core KPIs and sales targets Requirements Minimum 1 years experience in agency recruitment (more is always welcome!)
