Your new company As HR & Reward Administrator, you will join a public sector utility operator that strives to lead Ireland's transition to a low carbon future. Your new office is located in Dublin City and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on a permanent basis. You will have a hybrid working model. Your new role As HR & Reward Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of both the HR Operations and the Compensation & Benefit teams. Your duties will include but are not limited to quality data entry, supporting across the HR Operations and Payroll teams to ensure any changes are communicated to employees in a timely manner, supporting the Compensations & Benefits Lead in administering company pensions process and other reward related queries, preparing and generation of monthly reports, setting up and maintaining confidential files, query management and all general administrative and ad-hoc duties that fall into your new role. This is a great opportunity for you to gain invaluable HR & Reward Administration experience within a reputable public sector organisation. What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have recent relevant administration experience within a corporate operational environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders. You will also have proficiency using Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload while working in a fast-paced environment is required. Any exposure to payroll is advantageous but not essential. With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar environment with proficient administration skills, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
