Job Description & Summary: The People Experience team in PwC plays a critical role in shaping the employee experience within the Firm.
As the HR Senior Manager - People Experience, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies and initiatives that support and sustain a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture centred on our People Value Proposition (PVP).
This includes, but is not limited to, employee recognition, DE&I, listening and feedback mechanisms and results, wellbeing programs, employee benefits, social inclusion, and flexible working strategies and policies.
You will be instrumental in ensuring that PwC continues to be recognised as a great place to work and that our people are engaged and motivated, live the PwC behaviours, and are aligned to the Firm's values and strategic objectives.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Design and implement initiatives that reinforce our values and culture, driving engagement and a sense of belonging among our people.Collaborate with leadership and teams across the business to embed the behaviours that support the achievement of our strategic goals.Develop and manage recognition programs that acknowledge, value, and reward behaviours, performance, and contributions across the Firm.Supported by our Diversity Council, lead DE&I initiatives including strategy refinement, program implementation, and fostering a culture of belonging for all.Oversee employee listening strategies, such as surveys and focus groups, to gather actionable insights into the employee experience and translate feedback into strategic initiatives.Review and refresh wellbeing programs ensuring that they continue to support the physical and mental health of employees.Evolve and communicate our PVP.Manage the delivery of people experience projects and initiatives or wider projects across the HR team, from inception through to successful implementation.Lead and coach members of the team to develop and grow their careers.Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in organisational development and people experience, including trends among the PwC network of Firms.Regularly evaluate and update initiatives and practices to ensure they remain innovative, effective, and fit for the workforce of the future.Requirements: Approximately 10+ years of proven experience in a people-centric or HR role, with experience in business partnering, developing strategies, and leading programs in areas such as culture, wellbeing, inclusion, and/or engagement.A strategic thinker, passionate about driving people experience programmes with a good understanding of global and market trends in the area.Ability to communicate with impact, including in person and developing presentations, emails, and written communications for a range of audiences, including senior leadership.Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects through to operational implementation.Unlock your potential with PwC Ireland: We believe that challenges are better solved together!
