The Role PE Global are recruiting for a HR Specialist for our client based in North Dublin. This is an initial 6-month contract role, hybrid working options.

Purpose To co-ordinate, manage and continuously improve People processes in the areas of talent acquisition, retention, resource planning, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, human resources information systems and compensation and benefits. To be a trusted partner, SME and point of contact for the business, local and country HR Team for People Policies, Benefits, Processes & Systems.

Job Responsibilities Manage ongoing administration of policies, benefits and programs which cover the following: talent acquisition, resourcing, onboarding/offboarding, talent management & development, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, human resources information systems and compensation and benefits. Responsible for ongoing review, co-ordination of employee induction & onboarding/off boarding process. In partnership with HRConnect own HR inputs to monthly payroll and resolution of payroll issues. Be an SME and Point of Contact for colleagues in HRIS – Workday, Kronos, Visier to ensure accuracy. Update data reports as requested/required e.g. headcount, absenteeism, terminations, new hires, training report, leave summary in a timely and consistent manner. Prepare and file documents to maintain accessibility of up-to-date HR Data and files as appropriate and in accordance with audit guidelines, local laws (GDPR) and regulations and policy. Participates in maintaining an accurate, audit compliant, job documentation system ensuring accurate and relevant job descriptions exist for all active roles. Ensure site and company people policies and procedures are compliant with company and employment law through research, external network and benchmarking. Recommend & deliver updates and communication plan. Source, collate and complete monthly People & Culture data, metrics and benchmarks that can be used to support strategic decision-making. Maintain data integrity and information confidentiality in dealings with sensitive documents and colleague relations issues. Support domestic and international relocation related activities, as needed, through partnership with Global Mobility. Undertake Continuous Improvement Projects to increase efficiency, speed and efficacy of HR systems and processes. Support the implementation of Culture related actions, events and initiatives. Any other tasks as and when assigned by manager. Education & Experience Third level qualification in HRM with 2 years' experience ideally in the healthcare / pharmaceutical industry. Degree or Diploma Level. A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR Role. Proficient in key MS Packages e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio. Working knowledge of Data Analytics, Metrics and KPI's. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. High level of attention to detail. Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new requirements. Ability to prioritise workload flexibly. Creative thinking. Always demonstrates the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality. Expected to manage day to day operational issues of an appropriate level, escalating or seeking guidance/support from Business Partner and/or HR Manager as needed.
