My client, a leading company in the transport sector specialising in product distribution, manufacturing, and maintenance services across Ireland, is seeking a dynamic HRIS Administrator to join their HR team at their offices in Dublin 12.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of HR administration and system management. The HRIS Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimising the Human Resources Information Systems, ensuring accurate data management, and supporting the HR team with reporting and system improvements. This position reports directly to the HR Business Partner (HRBP).
HRIS Admin Responsibilities:Administer and maintain HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.Update HR systems with employee changes, such as new hires and leavers.Manage user access, permissions, and security settings in HRIS systems.Conduct regular data audits and ensure integration with other organisational systems.Generate HR reports to support decision-making for the HR team.Support holiday balance management and headcount reporting.Identify and implement process improvements within HRIS.Provide training and support to HR staff on system functionalities.Ensure compliance with data protection laws and company policies.Assist with HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts, probation letters, and absence management.Support recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee inquiries.HRIS Admin Requirements:2-3 years of experience in a similar HR or HRIS role.Degree or diploma in Human Resources or Business Information Systems.Strong administration and organisational skills.Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel; Power BI is a plus.For a confidential discussion, please contact Tina Cornally. ******
