Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & On-boarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings and interviewing to on-boarding new employees. Ensure a seamless experience for candidates and new hires. Employee Relations (ER): Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, providing guidance and support. Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and grievances. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, process payroll information, manage HR documentation, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Training & Development: Identify training needs and organise internal and external training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Work with department heads to develop succession planning initiatives. Performance Management: Support managers in conducting performance appraisals, providing tools and guidance to ensure consistent and fair evaluations. Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, pensions, and wellness programs. Act as a liaison between employees and benefit providers. Policy Development & Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices. Health & Safety: Ensure the workplace adheres to health and safety regulations, conducting regular audits and promoting a safe working environment. Employee Engagement: Organise and participate in employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive company culture. HR Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyse HR reports to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover rates, and other key HR metrics. Who We're Looking For: Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably within a medium-sized company. Education: A relevant HR qualification or degree. Comprehensive HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment law, recruitment processes, employee relations, and HR best practices. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation. Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Problem-Solver: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving HR issues. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in HRIS systems, MS Office Suite, and comfortable with learning new technologies. Why Join Us?
