Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & On-boarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings and interviewing to on-boarding new employees. Ensure a seamless experience for candidates and new hires. Employee Relations (ER): Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, providing guidance and support. Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and grievances. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, process payroll information, manage HR documentation, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Training & Development: Identify training needs and organise internal and external training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Work with department heads to develop succession planning initiatives. Who We're Looking For: Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably within a medium-sized company. Education: A relevant HR qualification or degree. Comprehensive HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment law, recruitment processes, employee relations, and HR best practices. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation. Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
