Human Resources Officer Full Time Permanent Grade VI   Saint John of God Community Services - Dublin South East seeks to hire a full time HR professional.
The person appointed will lead a team of six staff who look after all staff related matters in an organisation that employs over 500 people.
To be considered for this position, candidates will need to be able to demonstrate a record of success in leading a busy HR team and of dealing with complex employment law challenges.
This post is a critical appointment and, to be considered, candidates will need:         A degree in Human Resource Management or in a related discipline.
      CIPD qualification or be eligible for CIPD certification.
      Previous experience of managing a HR team in a pro-active and professional manner.
      High competency in all general HR practice areas - recruitment, training, performance management, employment legislation, HR best practice, etc.
      In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law and industrial relations.
      Experience in providing advice and guidance on employment matters in a busy and dynamic operational environment.
      Communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to negotiate, present and influence.
      Proven ability to use initiative, to work under pressure and to deliver within deadlines.
