Every member of the CPM team contributes to the overall growth of our business. People are at the core of CPM's business proposition, so as a key member of the CPM Human Resources team, this role is expected to make a significant contribution to the culture within CPM via demonstrable initiatives to drive best proactive and continuous improvement. A winning attitude combined with a digital mindset is essential for success in this role. The main focus of this role is to provide support to the Human Resources function within the business. The role requires strict adherence to internal policy and legislative guidelines while promoting the company's values of We Care, We're Curious, and We Achieve Together. The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are: Human ResourcesProvide administrative support to the HR department.Support Line Managers with the Induction, Probation, and Performance Management procedures.Maintain and update the HR system database.Act as a first point of contact for HR queries.Administer letters/forms for the team members in the business.Learning & DevelopmentDeliver company induction programs.Influence and drive continuous improvement through creating and developing good working relationships with managers and employees.Support Line Managers with the delivery and application of development needs identified during the Probation and PDP processes.Plan, draft, and manage key L&D communications.Support the coordination of L&D activity across the business.GeneralDeliver weekly and monthly reports on department activity.Support the general administration and projects within the department as required.QualificationsDegree in Human Resources Management or a relevant level of on-the-job experience.Excellent oral and highly developed written communication skills.Attention to detail.EssentialThe ability to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders is crucial.Strong administrative and IT skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook essential.Very strong organization skills and effective time management.Strong relationship skills.Benefits: Competitive salary.Hybrid Working Schedule.Employee Assistance Program.Structured Personal development supported by internal and external development activities.Companywide recognition awards.Discounted Health Insurance and access to company pension provider.Active Diversity and Inclusion teams across the business.IVF Support Policy.Regular Company events and activities.Product Discounts.Bike to Work Scheme.TaxSaver Scheme – discounted travel tickets.Referral payment schemes.
