Role Overview: A 9-month contract opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. My client is looking for someone with commercial acumen who puts people at the centre of everything they do. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive HR Business Partner services, with a strong emphasis on partnership. Support and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage significant HR projects with full ownership and recognition for success. Offer support, training, and development opportunities to enhance your HR career path. Assist management in conflict resolution Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages Requirements: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner. Experience with WRC cases. Strong understanding of Irish employment law. Relevant HR qualifications. Must be an EAA citizen or hold a relevant Irish Work permit.
