Human Resources Manager (Co Carlow) Optimize Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a respected client in Co Carlow to recruit an experienced HR Manager.The successful candidate must have a track record in demonstrating excellent management and leadership skills, is easily approachable with strong interpersonal, communication and motivational skills. Duties: Manage all aspects of HR in the organisation, offering support, guidance and coaching in all HR related issues. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures. Work closely with the Compliance department Keep up to date with Employment Law, ensuring compliancy with rules and regulations Identify recruitment and training needs. Collaborating with Management team to ensure the correct resources are in place. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Update job descriptions andstaff handbooks Ensure efficient onboarding and offboarding process. Monitor staff performances and staff training. Support managers with their teams in order to enhance performance within the company using experience and knowledge to coach and mentor Proposing solutions and recommendations to Management Management of employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinaries, investigations and grievances. Liaising with Industrial relation organisations and others.
