The Dublin office opened in the 90's and has since gone through a number of mergers. Today, they have a team of 100+ talented individuals and a portfolio of over 60 clients.
This is a newly created role that will be integral to the continued success and growth of their newly expanded Dublin office as they embark on the next exciting chapter of their journey.
About the role: They are seeking their first HR Manager to complete their Operations team - reporting to a Head of Operations and sitting alongside an IT Director, Office Manager, Resource Manager, Employee Engagement Manager, and Receptionist.
This role is offered on a 4-day week basis and has some flexibility on hybrid working.
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organisation on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the company's HR Function by planning, implementing and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Main Responsibilities: STAFF CONTRACT MANAGEMENT: Overseeing the creation, maintenance and updating of all employee contracts, ensuring they are in compliance with legal and company standards.RECRUITMENT SUPPORT: Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates and coordinating the interview process to secure top talent.INDUCTION OF NEW STAFF: Leading the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training schedules and integration into the company culture to ensure a smooth transition.PERFORMANCE PROCESS: Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers on best practices and ensuring alignment with business objectives.INTERN PROGRAMME: Developing and managing the intern programme, including recruitment, selection, training and evaluation to foster a pipeline of future talent.REWARD SCHEME: Designing and administering employee reward and recognition programs to motivate and retain staff, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and industry standards.GLOBAL TRAINING PROGRAMS: Coordinating and overseeing global training initiatives, identifying development needs and ensuring employees have access to continuous learning opportunities.KNOWLEDGE HUB TRAINING: Managing the Knowledge Hub, organising training sessions and ensuring that staff are up-to-date with the latest skills and industry trends.EXIT INTERVIEW DOCUMENTATION: Conducting exit interviews, analysing feedback and preparing reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving employee retention.GRIEVANCE & DISPUTES: Addressing employee grievances and disputes promptly and fairly, following legal guidelines and company policies to maintain a positive work environment.UPDATING OF AGENCY STAFF POLICIES: Reviewing and updating HR policies regularly to ensure compliance with current laws and best practices and communicating changes to all employees.PAYROLL DOCUMENTATION: Overseeing the preparation and processing of payroll documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.SECTION 21 SIGNED OFF: Ensuring that all Section 21 agreements are properly reviewed, signed and filed in accordance with legal requirements.JOB SPECS AND ROLE OUTLINES: Creating and maintaining detailed job specifications and role outlines for all positions within the company to support effective recruitment and performance management.ALLOCATION - PEOPLE DEI: Leading diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives ensuring that the allocation of resources and opportunities supports a diverse and inclusive workplace.Qualifications & Experience Required: HR Degree and ideally some industry certification (eg: CIPD)5+ years' experience in Human ResourcesIn-depth knowledge of HR best practices, Irish employment laws, and regulations.Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.Demonstrated strategic thinking and implementation of innovative HR solutions.Proficiency with HR information systems and related software applications.Skilled in time management techniques and methodologies.Ability to align HR initiatives with organisational goals and objectives.If interested in finding out more or making a formal application, please reach out to me directly on 0861718139 or at ******
