Hvac Technician (Fgas Certified)

Flexsource are currently recruiting for experienced HVAC Technician for a full time, permanent position for facility management company based in Dublin.
Successful candidate will service the boiler house equipment such as heating pumps, oil pumps, pressure vessels, and their relevant controls.
Key Responsibilities:Carry out planned preventative maintenance on all equipment under company controlServicing of mechanical, electrical and non-technical equipmentLiaise with the service desk and respond to all non-technical and technical queries in a timely mannerTake on and familiarise with all relevant site systems as deemed necessary to carry out roleEnsure service work reports are signed off by client or representative and reports are submitted when necessaryAssist with all queries regarding quotations and purchasing when requestedMaintain and maximize use of CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) systemAssist the M&E Manager with projects as requiredProvide relevant information to assist with the generation of reportsEnsure compliance with Health and Safety and legislative requirements associated with Technical ServicesEnsure that all work carried out is following with all current regulations associated with Technical ServicesEnsure that EH&S procedures are adhered to at all timesReport any accidents, incidents and out of place findings to the client / M&E ManagerTake on ad hoc projects from time to time as deemed necessary by the M&E Manager or representativeKey Requirements:Refrigeration Craft qualification (FGas) or similar qualification.Experience in maintaining and servicing large chillers installationsExperience in maintaining and servicing large Air Handling plantsExperience in maintaining and servicing Gas and oil boilersFormal training / certification in servicing split a/c, Air handling plants, Gas—Oil burners /boilers (GID Qualifications) PlumbingGID gas qualificationsPrevious experience working in a building services maintenance role.Computer literateExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to be flexible and adaptableFull driving licenseHours of Work:Monday - Friday8:00 to 16:30Rates of Pay:€27.14 p/h
