Site Manager | Meath/North Dublin c.€90k+ & Car, Pension & Benefits Our client, a national main contractor who specialise new build and refurbishment works require an experienced Site Manager for the construction and fit-out for various projects including a major public building in north Co Dublin, to €70m in value.
Desired Skills You will have relevant experience on similar projects to the above.
Ability to manage large concrete frame works supervising Tier 1 subcontractor utilising 'slipform' techniques.
Proven track record of delivering projects to the highest quality with emphasis on safe and efficient construction.
You will have a technical and / or a trade background, previous experience on hotel/residential projects a distinct advantage.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a Tier-1 main contractor with a busy order book for the foreseeable future.
You must have genuine interest in working and living in the greater Dublin area.
