About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join Rippling's Global Implementation team in a hybrid role that combines expertise in Employer of Record (EOR) implementations and general product implementations for France headquarters.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless implementation experience for our clients who require EOR services and those who are bringing payroll in-house or implementing specific Rippling products.
What You Will Do: EOR Implementation: Serve as the Rippling expert for customers needing EOR services, navigating country-specific requirements and intricacies.
Own the successful launch of Global EOR implementations, from hiring the first EOR employee to running the first payroll.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Experience, R&D, Compliance, and Sales to refine processes and launch new features.
General Product Implementation: Partner with France-based clients to implement and drive the adoption of Rippling's all-in-one Employee Management Platform.
Enable customer timelines and adoption by aligning client use cases with Rippling's best practices.
Provide domain expertise and collaborate closely with internal teams to improve our process and products.
Contribute to the development and documentation of implementation processes and best practices.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Act as a go-to resource for customers and internal colleagues, becoming a Rippling expert within 90 days.
What You Will Need: Proficiency in English and French; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Implementation, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles within HR, Payroll, or Accounting.
Proven project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a knack for creative problem-solving.
Ability to navigate multiple external stakeholders, ranging from executives to HR and IT staff.
Comfortable working autonomously, with strong prioritization and time management skills.
Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment is a plus.
Bonus Qualifications: 2+ years in a customer-facing position within the HCM space (HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc.).
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, SFDC, G Suite, Outreach, and Mac Computers.
