In-House Legal Advisor (With Fluent German)

We are seeking a qualified In-House Legal Advisor to join our clients organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal counsel and guidance to various departments within the company, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while also supporting business objectives.
Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and guidance on a variety of matters to different departments Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues Assist with dispute resolution and manage legal disputes Develop and implement company policies in compliance with applicable laws Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed to address specific legal challenges Requirements: Qualified solicitor or barrister Proficiency in German Minimum of 2 years of experience as an in-house legal advisor or similar role Strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, and compliance Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Whats on offer: Starting salary of €74,000 Company car 25 days AL Private healthcare insurance Company pension Flexible start and finish times On-site gym and canteen Work model: Hybrid (min 3 days onsite) Location:Dublin
