Electrical / I&C Supervision The mission is to work within the TK/SI Installation Field Operation organization, reporting to the TK/SI Installation Leader, the site Construction Manager, and the Electrical/I&C Coordinator. The service consists of taking charge of the electrical & instrumentation installation of the shaft line equipment & associated auxiliaries in open & combined cycle plant configuration, following GE compliance and in accordance with the EHS & quality standard, the schedule, and the budget.
Drawings, procedures of assembly, and associated documents are made in English language; reports listed below will be made in English.
Mission description In particular, the mission consists of:
Review cable ducts & cable trenches civil work, steel structure against drawing & specifications.Verify qualifications of electrical personnel and conformity of tools used.Anticipate, coordinate & drive activities with the partner (plan of day, weekly objectives…)Supervise electrical assembly of Generator if delivered disassembled, excitation collector, bushing.Perform Generator insulation test & record resistance value; power up space heaters.Supervise instruments, motors, junction boxes installation and electrical cable pulling & termination on GT, ST, Generator, associated auxiliaries and inside electrical & controls cubicles.Verify ATEX installation compliance.Supervise electrical BOP equipment installation (bus duct, circuit breaker, transformer…)Provide recommendations on installation technique, tools, resources.Communicate & manage engineering change notice, TIL. Ensure execution and report closure.Supervise cable insulation testing, cold loop check.Prepare electrical system's pre-commissioning before energizing & support commissioning.Participate in installation schedule progress review.Participate in site coordination meetings.Participate and provide input to RFR with information required.Assist commissioning team in troubleshooting. Deliverables The deliverables include:
Perform detailed material inventory of GE supplied material against packing list & drawings.Perform Generator insulation test & record resistance value; power up space heaters.Provide technical issues resolution with GE engineering using PAC and follow up action plan.Order missing or damaged material and follow up material requests.Document quality plan & inspection sheets timely and follow up red marked-up documentation.Attend systems walk down for turnover to commissioning, follow up punch list item resolution.Document installation means (personnel man-hours per discipline, …) utilized as baseline for future project execution budgeting purpose.Document extra works, approve time sheets, report cost of non-quality with GE tools (Documentum, Engineering Request, POS).Issue progress report to Site Management.Issue end of assignment report and edit Lessons Learned.
