About the role: We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Installations Administrator to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing installation job orders, ensuring timely completion while maintaining exceptional customer service.
As part of the installations team, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer needs and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency.
Please note this is a 6-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities: Process all installation job orders efficiently, ensuring timely completion and closure to maximize productivity and deliver a positive customer experience.
Serve as a key point of contact for customers, maintaining proactive communication and liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders to address queries and updates.
Oversee each job's progress from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards at all stages.
Maintain and update customer records, ensuring SharePoint and other file systems are accurate and contain the most up-to-date information.
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly and effectively to the highest standard.
Continuously review and suggest improvements to procedures and policies in collaboration with the Installations Team Lead and Customer Operations Manager to enhance customer experience and team efficiency.
Assist in identifying pain points in the customer journey and provide feedback to help develop solutions.
Work independently and with the team to meet departmental goals and KPIs, contributing to a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Maintain a proactive and positive attitude, supporting colleagues and embodying a respectful work ethic at all times.
Candidate profile: The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in customer service or operations.
They will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and SharePoint, is essential, along with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
The ideal candidate will thrive in both independent and team settings, demonstrating a positive attitude, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a strong work ethic.
Experience in coordinating installations or technical services is an advantage.
