Hybrid Working Model + Excellent Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Our client, a leading Insurance Group, is currently seeking an energetic and ambitious Insurance Agent to join their growing team based in Galway.

Your Role: Joining a dynamic sales team, your main objective will be to excel in driving sales for car, home and van insurance policies.Issuing competitive, tailored insurance products to new customers while always maintaining excellent standards of customer service.Foster strong relationships with both potential and current customers.Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional products.Staying up to date on insurer products and competitor activity.Your Skills: Previous experience in a sales or target-driven role preferably within Insurance or Financial Services.APA/CIP qualification is preferred, but not essential.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and independently.What's In It For You: Uncapped commission paid monthly.Contributory pension.Ability to work from home 4 days per week after an initial training period.Annual discretionary bonus.A working environment focused on your professional development.Job Information Job Reference: SXJ13137_1723455795
