Interim Benefits Manager

Overview: A global digital media company has an urgent need for a highly skilled Benefits Manager to join their team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced benefits professional to oversee global benefit programmes.

Role Summary: You will be responsible for the administration and management of the company's benefit plans and programmes globally, ensuring that all benefit offerings are aligned with both company strategy and local legal requirements.

Responsibilities: Oversee the administration of employee benefit plans and programmes, including medical, life, accident, and disability. Lead the analysis and provide recommendations to develop or improve employee benefit programmes, including design, vendor selection, and execution. Manage the annual enrolment process and ensure accurate up-to-date benefit plan documents. Provide guidance and oversee communication of benefit information to employees. Coordinate closely with the company's external benefits provider to ensure seamless execution and compliance with all local and European regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. 7-9 years of experience in employee benefits administration, with at least 3 years in managing global benefits. Strong experience in European benefits management, with a particular focus on France. Proven track record in analysing and negotiating employee benefit plans and renewals. Experience with Workday is preferred. Ability to start immediately.
