We are hiring an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and dynamic construction company in Dublin. Key Responsibilities: Project Support and Cost Control: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring project costs to ensure alignment with financial goals. Procurement and Contract Support: Collaborate with senior surveyors on procurement processes, support bid evaluations, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. Valuations and Payments: Prepare and submit interim valuations, assist with payment applications, and support variation management. Risk Identification: Assist in identifying project risks and work with senior team members to develop mitigation strategies. Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders, providing necessary cost reports and updates under the guidance of senior surveyors. Team Collaboration and Learning: Work alongside senior surveyors, learning through active participation and contributing to a collaborative project team. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry. Familiarity with procurement processes, contract administration, and Irish construction regulations. Strong analytical and communication skills.
