Compensation: €80-85k (prorated for part-time) plus bonus, pension, healthcare

We are working with a top 10 global accountancy and advisory firm to recruit an Internal Audit Manager to join their team, focusing on a portfolio of financial services clients. This permanent role offers the flexibility to be either part-time or full-time and reports directly to the Financial Services Director. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality internal audit services, ensuring compliance, and managing client relationships within the financial sector. ResponsibilitiesOversee the identification and management of business risks, with a focus on governance, regulatory compliance, and operational risksBuild strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needsManage and mentor a team of internal auditors, fostering a collaborative and supportive environmentCollaborate with senior managers, Directors, and Partners to ensure high-quality client serviceTake initiative in managing tasks independently while working closely with colleagues and stakeholdersCommunicate with senior management to enhance service delivery and explore additional client opportunitiesRequirementsQualified CIMA/CPA/ACCA/ACA with experience in both external and internal auditProven experience in people management and a strong understanding of relevant commercial sectorsAbility to create a collaborative team environment with clear communication across functionsSkilled in presenting audit findings and recommendations to senior management and clients with strategic impactUp-to-date on compliance, legislative, and market trends affecting client businessesDue to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
