The role:
You will be working within an in-house Recruitment team who recruit people into field roles across Ireland and Northern Ireland for some of the biggest brands in the world. You'll be responsible for having great conversations over the phone/video (Teams) with potential future talent!
You will enjoy working at pace and across multiple roles and clients. Great teamwork and collaboration with your colleagues and line manager will be essential.
The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are: Liaise with managers to identify recruitment needs for the business.Check adverts, job descriptions, and any other paperwork for spelling/grammatical errors.Advertise vacancies as directed through job sites, newspapers, and other platforms.Use a variety of sourcing methods including advertising, proactive searching on LinkedIn, and CV databases.Schedule interviews and compile interview packs.Communicate with interview panels regarding the organization of interviews and interview information.Compile and issue induction packs, sending new hire documentation to new starters, ensuring they have completed the induction documentation.Support the general administration and projects within the department as required.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES: Essential: Excellent oral and highly developed written communication skills.The ability to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders is crucial.Strong administrative and IT skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook essential.Very strong organization skills and effective time management.Strong relationship skills.Attention to detail.Initiative and ability to work without supervision.A digital mindset (A person with a digital mindset applies technology to become more efficient and collaborative - someone who is relentlessly curious, questions the status quo, and one who doesn't limit themselves to the job scope).Desirable: Minimum of 2 years experience in a Recruitment position.Presentation skills - ability to communicate and present material in large scale public forums.Measures of Success: Administer the Recruitment system to achieve an audit success rate of 100%.Coordinate large scale recruitment events with a 100% success rate in the defined timelines and guidelines.Achieve appointed KPI within the role SLA guidelines.Benefits: Basic Salary - €30,000 - €35,000.Performance Bonus - 10% Performance Bonus.Flexible working conditions.Employee Assistance Program.Subsidised Personal Development opportunities.IVF Support Policy.Pension Support.Health Insurance Discounts.Paid Maternity & Paternity.Length of Service.Birthday Recognition.Referral Scheme.Awards and Recognition.Educational Support Fund.Study Leave.Structured Development Programs.CPM places great importance on the training and development of our people.
