Internal Sales Engineer

We are working exclusively with our client, based in Navan, to find an experienced Internal Sales Engineer You have lots of drive, the desire to learn, an outgoing personality and the ability to work on various will need organisational skills and be able to manage your own responsibilities and time to achieve objectives and deadlines.

Your new role: Product and applications support to customers, sales offices and distributors world-wide Generate customer quotations and documentation.
Liaise with Production to ensure on-time delivery.
Lead qualification and follow-up.
Maintaining the CRM database Review documentation and provide feedback based on customer experiences Provide technical product and applications support for sales team.
Handling incoming customer enquiries by telephone and e-mail Who are you: Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills Problem solving, "can do" attitude and prepared to learn new things Ability to work independently and to make sound decisions Ability to methodically approach in the process of product support, including problem diagnosis, and the derivation and implementation of test programmes with basic understanding of test techniques Empathy and tolerance towards different interpersonal styles and ability to travel nationally and internationally Scientific or technical and sales/marketing qualifications: (Science or Engineering degree would be a distinct advantage).
MS Office packages including Excel, Word and Power Point.
Experience with Auto Cad would be an advantage.
