International Benefits Lead-18 Month Contract

Cpl HR recruitment have an opportunity to join a very successful international software company in the capacity of International Benefits Lead on an FTC basis for an 18 month contract. You will join a large Global Total Rewards team and report into the US.
Roles and Responsibilities:Designing, implementing, and managing benefits programsEnsure that the benefits offerings are competitive to attract and retain talentManage relationships with external third party benefits providersProvide regular reports to senior managementCollaborate closely with other functions and the wider Total Rewards teamSkills and Experience Required:Must have experience and an in-depth knowledge of global benefits, not just the ROI and UKStrong technical ability and system knowledge will be key to this roleYou must be an excellent communicator, with strong delivery presentation skillsStakeholder management at a senior level will be requiredIf you have senior global benefits experience and would consider an excellent contract opportunity, get in touch today with your CV.
