Your Responsibilities The Investment Funds Transfers team assume responsibility for the execution of client driven instructions to transfer funds in the market and on the fund register maintained by transfer agents.
The main purpose of the role is to complete any document or instruction required to execute the client's instruction in the market and follow the instruction through to settlement.This role will involve investigation and problem solving, ensuring all requests are responded to in a timely and accurate manner.
The successful Intern will be responsible for the following: Instructing client orders in the market and monitoring until settlement, including chasing Transfer Agents for updates Gathering and maintaining static data for funds, clients and Transfer Agents Interacting with internal departments, fund administrators and third parties as necessary Ensuring that all client queries in the team are dealt with in a prompt & professional manner Liaise with Transfer Agents and Clients to resolve complex cases Ensure that information received from the market is accurately updated on our systems.
