IT Analyst III
4 month Contract Role
Location: Dublin
Work Model: 3 days per week onsite
Key Responsibilities Partner with business process owners and IT client-facing teams to elicit and document business requirements for new and/or enhanced functional capabilities within the program.Employ various techniques to define, elicit, analyse, record, and validate requirements throughout a project lifecycle.Develop business process models, business requirements/user stories (functional and non-functional), and product backlog for the business processes.Serve as the liaison between the business community and the IT architecture and development teams through which requirements flow to enable solutions that have long-term value and meet standards.Develop collaborative working relationships with the business community to ensure comprehensive user acceptance testing occurs, training plans are developed & executed, and application is successfully transitioned into production.Investigate and learn business issues and data challenges for business processes.Support the IT Business Partner as the business advocate (Voice of customer) in all stages of project delivery.Support IT Business Partner, Architect teams, and Procurement with input to Requirements for Future Technology evaluation and selection process.Skills, Knowledge and Experience Bachelor or Master degree in the field of computer science, business administration, MIS, or related discipline.3+ years of experience in a multi-national environment within the IT department.Working knowledge and experience in providing IT solutions for Order to Cash and Sales.Experience in requirements definition, process definition, and testing.Experience in utilizing requirements tools, along with requirements traceability and gap analysis experience.Experience in Salesforce configuration or defining business requirements.Certification in Salesforce is an advantage.Strong communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills.Strong collaboration & facilitation skills and ability to deal with business leaders.Thinks clearly: Strategic, intellectually curious thinker with focus on outcomes.Drives action: Experience facilitating workshops with small and large groups.Builds relationships: Ability to create constructive relationships, influence, and communicate to multiple stakeholders, including client management, and operate successfully in a matrixed IT environment.Handles pressure: Demonstrated ability to work in a high-intensity, multi-project environment, with the ability to multi-task.If you are interested in applying for this role, please do so via the relevant link.
