It Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer Tipperary, Ireland Salary:35-50K Permanent, Full-time Our client, a leading service provider, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Service Engineer to join their team based in Tipperary.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site support, maintenance, and repair services to clients across Tipperary, Waterford, and Kilkenny.
This role requires daily travel to various client sites and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of equipment at client locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure equipment is operational and safe.
Install and configure equipment as required.
Provide technical support and training to clients on-site.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during site visits.
Collaborate with the internal team to provide feedback and improve service quality.
Requirements Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage a daily travel schedule.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Full clean driving license.
Flexibility to travel daily to client sites in Tipperary, Waterford, and Kilkenny.
