Job DescriptionOur Client is one of Ireland's leading EPCm consultancies and a global player in the Semiconductor, Pharma and Biotech sectors.Our client are working on the Design of a large Greenfield Fill Finish Facility.
The project is currently in a bridging phase between concept and Basis of Design (BOD) with the BOD due to be complete at the end of 2022 and Detailed Design phase to start in January 2023.
The BOD design will be used to execute the Detailed Design and subsequent phases for 4 similar plants in different locations.Manage the design requirements, execution and implementation for the Business, Manufacturing and Process Automation for the facility.
The IT / OT Automation Lead will be responsible for leading the Business and Manufacturing design and working with client and global IT / OT SME's / Automation to identify the application requirements and integration of information into these systems.The IT / OT Automation Lead will be responsible for implementing the execution strategy for the Detailed Design and subsequent phases of the project.
The successful candidate must have strong leadership and planning qualities and be experienced leading IT / OT implementation.Must have good knowledge of IT / OT Business and Manufacturing Applications and Networks, such as SAP or Oracle applications, MES, LIMS etc and their implementation steps right up to deployment.RequirementsA proven track record in automation project management for IT/OT in pharmaceutical facilities, preferably fill finish.Experience with various Business and Manufacturing technologies / applications, information and digital integration flows and requirements between systems.Project Management experienceKnowledge of SQL & Oracle, Database and SAP systemsKnowledge of MES, LIMS, and Manufacturing ApplicationsScope development, execution strategy, scheduling, Workshop chairing, 3r party management etcURS generationTo ensure that all new systems are delivered in accordance with appropriate site procedures & regulations.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities is required.Monitor activity progress for the project in line with the project objectives, deliverables and timelines and report potential delays including mitigation recommendationsManage the project Risk Log ensuring all identified risks have been mitigatedProvide project reports on a regular basis for effective communicationProvide support for product costing and financial assessment of the projectBeing part of cross functional teams for of project planning and deployment including collaboration with supporting departments such as Production/Operations, Automation SME's Quality, Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Facilities and Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance, Project scoping and gap analysis.Vendor managementScope change managementPackageMinimum 12-month contractPay rate €80 per hour - €100 per hour
