The People & Culture Operations team is a newly established function within Primark P&C and provides an elevated and truly global colleague experience that is powered by a partnership with Primark P&C Enterprise Technology team.

Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:
Define, develop, and own the Product Reporting Strategy and Roadmap.Recognized as the Product expert, able to answer ad-hoc business & IT queries about the current Product and future product opportunities.Building relationships with the P&C Operations & IT teams and creating alignment between product strategy, IT strategy & business strategy.Establish the quarterly business outcome OKRs in collaboration with stakeholders.Maximizing product value through simplification, standardization, automation and increased adoption.Active prioritization & management of the Product backlog.Collaborate with delivery teams & stakeholders to ensure delivery alignment to the Product vision, strategy, and value outcomes.What You'll Bring: Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:
3+ years experience in HR / HR Technology.Capable of creating audience appropriate documentation such as discovery studies, roadmaps and business cases.Knowledge of a HR Platform such as Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP HR or equivalent.Experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner.Ready?
