Due to on-going growth,we are looking for a highly professional Apprentice Parts Advisor to join our Jaguar Land Rover business: Requirements: To be the focal and experienced point of contact for Jaguar and Land Rover customers requiring parts for their vehicles.
Managing the flow of information between the workshop, the rest of the Dealership and the customer, delivering excellent customer service at all times.
To manage all parts telephone and walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership.
Qualify parts needs and requests.
Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the parts required.
Manage any necessary liaison with department manager regarding customer dissatisfaction.
Follow up in line with dealership procedures.
Understand and adhere to manufacturer brand service requirements.
Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the dealership.
Maintain product knowledge on the full Jaguar and Land Rover range.
Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times.
This is a Trainee role - Joe Duffy Group have a comprehensive training program in place which is tailored to suit individual's needs and can take six months to complete.
During this program, you will receive comprehensive training in the Joe Duffy Group process, database management, marketing, customer service and everything you will require to have a successful career in aftersales.
During this training, the emphasis is on learning and developing your skills, being mentored, observing experienced service advisors, classroom and brand training.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate strong customer service, telesales, retail sales or customer contact experience.
You do not need to have motor experience, but a desire to work in and an understanding of the motor trade.
