The Merrion, one of Dublin's finest luxury hotels, and a certified Great Place to Work, is recruiting for a Junior Assistant Room Service Manager Centrally located in Dublin within easy reach of public transport, this role will offer you the opportunity to work in a beautiful hotel where the highest of standards are in place and where you have all the tools you need to do your job.

Your role will include: Overseeing the daily running of the room service department alongside the management team Managing room service team members Working to achieve consistent and high standards of guest service Working hours are 39 per week, and days of work include weekdays and weekends, working from either 6am - 2.30pm or 2.30pm - 11pm, or weekends 3.30pm-12pm.
The successful candidate will have strong guest focus, great communication skills, spoken and written English, multi-tasking ability, and enjoy contributing in a positive way to The Merrion Culture.
Flexibility in response to guest and business needs is required, no two days are the same!
