We are seeking an inspirational and energetic Assistant Boutique Manager to play a leading role in the success of the team by supporting the Boutique Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
As Assistant Boutique Manager, your role will also be to elevate in-store events and draw success from them. You will also be accountable for the smooth running of the store.

You will have:
Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beautyThe ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer serviceExperience of creating and executing in-store eventsExperience of coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential and to succeedA drive to achieve sales and customer service targetsRetail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliationFlexible availability across days/hoursProficient in Microsoft OfficeProof of right to live and work in the country
