For our IT department, we are looking for a new member of staff at our Bottrop site in the Bauknecht Quarter as of 01.01.2025.
Computer Scientist as Team Leader IT- Desktop Service (m/f/d) We need support for this Together with your team of seven, you will ensure successful IT support for all our locations so that all users (m/f/d) of the ELE Group and the companies to be supported are able to work at all times.

You ensure smooth processes in our incident and escalation management and create the necessary conditions for this - always with the aim of minimizing downtimes and getting all IT services back "up and running" as quickly as possible.
In your role as team leader (m/f/d), you see yourself as a motivator (m/f/d), create a trusting working environment and ensure a positive sense of togetherness.
You always have an open ear for your team and are a friend (m/f/d) of constructive feedback.
No problem thanks to your diplomatic skills.
You plan the deployment of your team based on our internal service times and always keep an eye on your employees' resources.
You plan and control the entire management of IT incidents, IT service requests, access authorizations and IT workplace assets.
You keep an eye on our service level agreements in IT desktop service and ensure that these are adhered to.
You examine existing processes for quality assurance and optimization and increase the service level: Which interfaces need to be integrated?
Which external service providers (m/f/d) do we use?
What documentation is already available?
These are key questions that you deal with.
We are looking for the position You have successfully completed your IT training (e.g.
IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d)).
You then went on to study computer science or similar.
Have you completed other further training and have several years of professional experience in the IT sector?
Great, then you'll fit in with us too.
You have already had the opportunity to gain your first management experience: whether as part of a team project, a specific substitute or in a private environment.
You enjoy accompanying others on their professional journey, are empathetic and communicate at eye level.
You are familiar with the IT support environment and have a basic understanding of the framework conditions required here.
You are open to new technologies and are able to familiarize yourself quickly (e.g.
in the management of IT workplace assets).
Don't worry, programming skills are not required.
We are looking for you as a designer (m/f/d) to support our team in providing the ELE Group with a well-positioned service desk.
You enjoy redesigning processes and developing them "on a greenfield site".
