To support our marketing department, we are looking for the next possible date Business economist, data scientist, computer scientist, technician or similar as CRM Manager (m/f/d) As a CRM Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for improving the existing CRM workflow.
Your tasks: Improvement of the existing CRM workflow.
Management, maintenance, customization and further development of the CRM system for the German, UK and French markets.
Act as the main CRM administrator and ensure data architecture, accuracy of data entry and control of system usage.
You will introduce new methods to address customer needs.
Create training materials and troubleshooting documents.
Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel for each EU market.
You are the link between the employees and the CRM software You maximize the efficiency of CRM data and software to improve customer service.
Manage order backlog and service requests.
Fixing software bugs and optimizing complex CRM software programs to effectively market to current and potential customers.
Conducting user workshops.
Carrying out user tests and updating the CRM system.
Ensure that marketing automation is implemented and further developed and is aligned and integrated with CRM.
Drive change within the organization while training and educating teams on CRM capabilities.
You start the CRM initiative by implementing company standards, policies and procedures.
Your profile: Successfully completed university degree with a corresponding focus on technology, data science, IT or business administration.
Certified administrator in a large CRM system (Veeva or/and Salesforce) Config level certification highly desired.
Several years of experience as a CRM administrator, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Experience as a data administrator at a local and/or regional/global level preferred.
Have solid experience in a similar role as a CRM administrator with experience in data extraction and loading (Veeva/Salesforce).
Ability to drive complex projects in a matrix structure.
Experience in managing the backlog at the Technical Service Desk and relationships with external partners.
Excellent analytical skills, solid communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of privacy and data protection regulations in Europe.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
French language skills would be an advantage.
