What you can expect As an employee in the Project Management Office, you will find yourself in an exciting work environment in which you will use standardized procedures to efficiently support and relieve the project management of a wide range of projects in planning, implementation and control over the entire life cycle.
You will be responsible for managing ongoing projects on behalf of the central project office.
You will support the project managers, particularly in the areas of controlling and reporting.
Activities include budget controlling, resource management, progress measurement, reporting, onboarding and offboarding, project communication and organization, maintaining and monitoring project plans and tasks as well as identifying any need for action.
You maintain an overview of the relevant developments in project management, take them into account and derive recommendations for action.
