We are looking for someone to support our IT department Front-end developer UI/UX (m/f/d) Your tasks: You design and develop appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web-based specialist applications as part of a large digitization and modernization project You work closely with developers, project managers and other team members to ensure a consistent and smooth user experience You implement current technologies and trends in the areas of UI/UX design and front-end development in your projects You are involved in all phases of the development process, from initial design to deployment and subsequent maintenance (2nd level & 3rd level support) You work closely with customers to understand their requirements and develop customized solutions Your environment: Pleasant collegial atmosphere with an active team spirit Work in spacious offices (maximum 2-3 people) with the possibility of teleworking (about 1-2 days a week - individual agreement) Agile project environment Your profile: You have a degree in interface design, computer science, human-computer interaction (HCI) or a comparable field Alternatively, you have many years of relevant professional experience using current trend technologies such as React, Angular or Vue.js in application development You have sound experience in creating user-centered designs as well as in creating wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile applications You are adept at working with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript You are proficient in developing responsive and adaptive designs for a variety of devices You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a collaborative environment You have a passion for new technologies and a strong willingness for continuous development You are confident and convincing in advising specialist departments and implementing technical solutions We offer you: A secure job in economically challenging times a permanent position graded according to the TV-L (approx.
