As an Inhouse IT Consultant (m/f/d) you will play a central role in the digital development and global standardization of transformation projects.
In this position, you will have to make few to no business trips.
The position is limited to 24 months.
These tasks inspire you International, high-impact IT projects in which you analyze and develop research and development business processes and their requirements for software solutions Lead the demand management process and manage the collection, review, approval and delivery of cost-effective solutions Translate business requirements into a design of best-in-class IT solutions and act as a key link between business requirements and technical teams Support IT initiatives to harmonize global business processes and systems through strategic enterprise solutions Establish cross-functional and cross-country connections, drive synergies between different IT initiatives and manage IT projects with significant organizational impact By understanding how new technologies could impact the way we work, you plan, develop, support and improve IT applications and advise our customers on the right technology choices You are on the starting blocks when the business needs regular exchange or ad-hoc support regarding its IT applications What sets you apart You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable (IT) function in a company or management consultancy Initial experience with software applications in the field of research and development, quality management and/or SAP is desirable You like to master complex and demanding challenges with enthusiasm and determination You can communicate effectively and adapt to different stakeholders Your business fluent English and advanced German skills pave the way for global impact and connectivity Great if you already have knowledge of project or change management methods (e.g.
PMP, Scrum), if not: We'll train you!
