Your tasks You are our natural intelligence between business requirements and technical implementation.
To this end, you will skillfully evaluate and analyse requirements and use cases of and for AI, contribute your expertise in their design and help us to use AI better and more effectively.
You work closely and efficiently with colleagues in the squad, various stakeholders within the bank and internationally and get everyone involved, including senior management, on board with detailed and comprehensible analyses, reports and recommendations for action.
Thanks to your careful documentation of requirements and processes using BPMN, everyone always has an overview and with your committed and proactive way of working, you always contribute expert and innovative ideas where they have the greatest impact.
And of course you stay at the cutting edge in the field of (generative) AI, continuously educate yourself and inspire colleagues in your team and the entire bank with your expertise.
Your profile Degree with a focus on computer science, data science, business analytics or an equivalent qualification At least 3 years of practical experience as a business analyst as well as initial practice with the use of generative AI and the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Solid knowledge and relevant professional experience in requirements engineering including BPMN Know-how in the areas of microservices and networked systems Communication and presentation skills, quick comprehension and strong analytical thinking skills Creative, team- and solution-oriented approach and solution finding Enthusiasm for new technologies with a high willingness to learn and develop and enjoy working in a team Ability to think outside the box and develop sustainable solutions Very good written and spoken German and English Look forward to numerous benefits Company pension scheme, capital-forming benefits, free Germany ticket & Bike LeasING, company restaurant Hybrid working model: In addition to working in the office, you can also work remotely - within the framework of company, legal and regulatory requirements.
