Areas of responsibility Purchasing IT hardware and accessories: You will take care of the procurement of laptops, servers, network technology and other IT components.
You always keep an eye on the best quality and a balanced price-performance ratio.
Supplier management: You build and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers.
This includes obtaining quotations, negotiating prices and conditions and securing the best deals for us.
Order processing: You create orders, monitor delivery dates and ensure that the goods delivered meet our quality standards.
Requirements planning: In close coordination with our specialist departments, you determine our current and future requirements for IT hardware.
Warehouse management and inventory: You will help manage our warehouse stocks.
In this way, you will help to avoid bottlenecks and ensure a smooth supply of IT components.
Market observation: You will analyze market trends, products and developments to keep us competitive and develop innovative procurement strategies.
Profile You have successfully completed training as an IT systems administrator or a comparable qualification.
Ideally, you already have experience in purchasing, preferably in the field of IT hardware or technical equipment You have experience in dealing with suppliers and in negotiating contracts and conditions You are familiar with IT products and hardware and are interested in the latest developments in the IT market.
You are proficient in common ERP systems and MS Office programs.
You have strong negotiation skills and strong communication skills, complemented by assertiveness.
You work in a structured and proactive manner and have strong organizational skills You are a real team player and show a high degree of initiative.
